The Greens
Previously an almost 20-year-old unit, located in the The Greens, has been completely revitalized into a contemporary haven in direct collaboration with Estilo Blanco Design. We demolished the existing layout, crafting a warmer and more functional environment. The expansive living space now fosters connection, while the independent maid’s room with an ensuite bathroom provides added convenience. We installed a new kitchen, boasting an open-plan design that seamlessly integrates with the living room, creating an ideal space for entertaining and everyday living. We sourced and installed the walk-in shower, new flooring, and exquisite Spanish-sourced ceramic tiles. We also implemented a new AC system for increased efficiency and improved health. Finally, the home boasts new doors, wardrobes, and a well-engineered laundry area, ensuring functionality and organization.
The Address
Our recent project at The Address highlights our dedication to completing apartment transformations in the JBR district, Dubai. It involved a comprehensive renovation to create a warmer and more inviting space in direct collaboration with Estilo Blanco Design. This involved crafting a new lighting scheme throughout the apartment, upgrading the bathrooms with stylish accessories, and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the kitchen.
To transform the space further and add a touch of personality and elegance, we sourced a selection of beautiful wallpaper and decorative paintings utilizing high-quality Benjamin Moore paints. Our attention to detail extended to selecting and placing furniture and decorations, many of which were custom-made to suit the space and the client’s vision perfectly.
